Transforming a pasta plant that is well over a century old into a modern loft complex is no small task. It takes a team of experts, each with their own unique strengths and qualifications. Our professional team has a history of exemplary experience to ensure a successful completion of the Macaroni Lofts project.
Kathleen is focused on building upon Birmingham’s historical foundation through adaptive re-use projects. She is currently developing 44 residential condominiums known as the New Ideal Lofts in the Theatre District, and as part of a Walgreens development in Lakeview, she renovated the former Fire Station #22 which now houses the iconic Bogue’s Restaurant. Kathleen is a native of the Chicago area and is educated in Architecture and Law. She has called Birmingham home for over 15 years and is looking forward to continuing to contribute to the revitalization of the City of Birmingham.
Fifth Dimension is taking the practice of architecture to a new dimension. While building information modeling (BIM) brought a fourth dimension to the industry, 5D has gone beyond architecture and enhanced the work-flow and relationships between its clients, contractors, engineers and consultants by working together to embrace the future of design and technology.
